Both guide bush mode and non guide bush mode are available according to customer’s need.
Both spindles are build-in motors.
Both spindles are built with hydraulic clamping system.
Customer can choose the most suitable tooling system machine according to works. Max. 21 tool positions can be installed for main spindle and max. 16 tool positions can be installed for sub-spindle.
B axis(min. 0.001 degree) can help both main and sub-spindle to do multi-angle/surface precision machining.

Feature

High rigidity and high accuracy sliding head machine(Swiss type machine), with modularized tooling system. Complex working piece can be easier done by one machine and 20%~40% working time can be reduced.
